[ Hide Old Events ] 01/04/2008 Herfordshire College Wine Appreciation Courses The next 8 week wine course will be held at Herefordshire College of Technology in March/April 2008. The course has been run by Society member Brian Joy since 1994 and last term proved to be one of the best attended courses at the college. It is a course designed for beginners or those with a little more tasting experience, the main objective being to learn in a friendly and convivial atmosphere whilst tasting a range of quality wines. The course is now using computer displays and graphics to better illustrate the complexities facing the modern wine drinker.
